Very clean and attractive hotel! The staff with whom I interacted were very friendly, although at check in, the woman at the desk (may have been the manager) had her tween or teen daughter with her at work, and the girls asked if she could get a drink from the drink refrigerator that is for guests. The checkin took a long time, and the woman claimed it was the slow mountain internet. I just didn't think it was professional (not the best first impression). However, this is likely one of the cleanest hotels in which I've stayed in a while and offered a diverse and large breakfast.

No one else was using the pool so my best friend and my daughter had it all to themselves in the evening. In the morning, my daughter and I had it to ourselves. It was great! I couldn't have asked for better.

Standard breakfast buffet, or fruit ,porridge,yoghurt,muffins bagels. Enough to satisfy most people.We had friends many come and visit us in the lounge on a few evenings and they felt comfortable here.

Room was big and super clean. View was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Staff at the front desk, the housekeeping staff and the folks in the breakfast area were all super nice and friendly. Elevator was never crowded and easy to use.

Location was great for our trip home from Florida. Check in was very easy. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good but missed wheat bread. Coffee was very good. It was a very good place to spend one night on the road.

All of the staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good! The pool was a bit small but soo warm!

Staff was awesome. Location was convenient. Good choices for breakfast. Well maintained for an older property.

Breakfast was very good, better quality protein choices. Did early checkin online and the room was ready early, thankfully. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Great Italian restaurant right next door, didn't have to drive.
